1.) Order Entry Officer / Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system.
• Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Assist in planning and forecasting inventory requirements based on sales trends and customer demands.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements or upgrades to streamline order entry and inventory management processes.
• Train and mentor new team members on order entry procedures, inventory management systems, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to order management and inventory control.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to orders and inventory.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, stock rotation, and quality control checks.
• Continuously evaluate and improve order entry and inventory management processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to order processing and inventory management.
• Assist in special projects or initiatives related to order processing, inventory optimization, or process improvement, as assigned by the supervisor or management.

2.) Kitchen Assistant

Job Description

• Food Preparation: Assisting with washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing basic sauces or dressings.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes. Stocking essential supplies and managing inventory.
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to food safety regulations, handling and storing food appropriately. Monitoring temperatures, labeling and storing leftovers. Maintaining cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
• Assisting with Cooking: Monitoring cooking times, flipping or stirring ingredients, ensuring food is cooked properly. Assisting with plating and garnishing dishes.
• General Support: Receiving deliveries, organizing storage areas, disposing of waste. Assisting with setting up and cleaning dining areas, restocking beverages or condiments, and taking inventory of kitchen supplies.

3.) Dispatch Manager

Job Description

• Supervising Dispatch Operations: The Dispatch Manager oversees the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department. They manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient coordination.
• Scheduling and Routing: They develop and implement schedules and routes for dispatching personnel, vehicles, or shipments. This involves optimizing routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency, taking into account factors such as traffic, delivery deadlines, and available resources.
• Dispatching Assignments: The Dispatch Manager assigns tasks to individual dispatchers or drivers, taking into consideration their skills, availability, and proximity to the destination. They communicate assignments clearly and provide necessary instructions and documentation.
• Performance Evaluation and Training: They assess the performance of dispatchers and drivers, providing feedback, coaching, and training as necessary. The Dispatch Manager may develop and implement performance metrics or quality standards to evaluate individual and team performance.
• Process Improvement: They continuously analyze and improve dispatching processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This may involve implementing new technologies, streamlining workflows, or recommending operational changes.
• Compliance and Documentation: The Dispatch Manager ensures compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies. They maintain accurate records, including logs, reports, and documentation related to dispatch operations, and ensure adherence to safety and security procedures.
• Monitoring and Tracking: They monitor the progress of dispatched vehicles, shipments, or personnel to ensure timely arrivals and efficient use of resources. This involves utilizing tracking systems, GPS technology, or other monitoring tools to maintain visibility and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Communication and Coordination: The Dispatch Manager acts as a central point of contact, coordinating communication between dispatchers, drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. They ensure effective communication channels are in place, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns or emergencies that arise during operations.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: They participate in budget planning and control activities related to the dispatch department. This may involve monitoring expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
• Relationship Management: The Dispatch Manager cultivates positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. They address customer complaints or inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and seek opportunities to enhance collaboration and business partnerships.

Requirement

• Knowledge of Lagos terrain is a must.

Description

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public areas through tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash disposal.
• Follow safety protocols, handle cleaning chemicals correctly, and report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
• Pay attention to detail while cleaning surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and promptly report any damages or maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and toiletries, report replenishment needs, and ensure proper functioning of cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with cleaning staff, communicate progress, supply needs, and address any issues or concerns with supervisors and team members.

Requirements
