1.) Customer Service Officer


Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This role is responsible for attaining a flawless level of service at all points of customer contact and enabling a superior quality experience for patients and visitors. Candidates with experience in the Healthcare, Telecommunications, or Hospitality Industries are encouraged to apply.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage patient admission and discharge processes.
  • Schedule or book patients to visit consultants.
  • Liaise and work with clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure a flawless level of service at all points of customer contact.
  • Clinic management
  • Achieve heightened levels of patient satisfaction/experience
  • Provide exceptional service at all points of customer contact.
  • Appropriate and timely patient admission.
  • Handle inquiries/telephone calls, and messages professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned

2.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Profile

  • This role is responsible to participate in the development of Hospital policies and procedures

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities of Lagoon Hospitals
  • Develop and communicate inventory management processes, policies and procedures
  • Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials and stock on hand)
  • Develop and implement profit improvement plans and change management plans
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations
  • Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to inventory management operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement using manual and computerized inventory systems
  • Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints
  • Responsible for actual inventory counts; must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedures used, and location of all inventories

Job Qualifications

  • First Degree or equivalent in any discipline but preferably a numerate discipline
  • 0 - 2 years’ experience is desirable.
  • CISPM is desirable

3.) Peri-Operative Nurse

Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for assisting clients and patients undergoing surgery restore and sustain their health and well being
  • Conduct preoperative and post operative checks
  • Clean and restore equipment and work areas, leaving them suitable for future use thus maintaining a clean and safe environment always
  • Performing procedures such as monitoring of vital signs with necessarily follow up, administering medication, wound dressings, IV placement and providing other assistance as required
  • Prepare and maintain the theatre for all surgical procedures
  • Provides nursing care to patients undergoing surgery
  • Instruct and supervise ward assistants in preparing, sterilizing and caring for theatre equipment and supplies
  • Documenting and maintaining concise and complete records and report
  • Comply with the use of Standard Operating Procedures and policies and quality standards.
  • Participate in your departmental quality improvement project

Job Qualifications

  • RN, RPON (Registered Peri-Operative Nursing Diploma)
  • A minimum of 1 year of post qualification experience is desirable
  • Valid Peri-Operative Nurse practice license.
