1.) Nursing Officer (RM)
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RM) to join our healthcare team in Port Harcourt.
- The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and their babies.
- Monitor and assess the progress of pregnancies and labor, identifying any deviations from the norm.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate and support women, their partners, and families on childbirth options, parenting, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Midwife (RM) certification with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 2 years of midwifery experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly.

2.) Quality Assurance Officer

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to ensure our healthcare services meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance.
- The Quality Assurance Officer will develop, implement, and monitor quality management processes, ensuring continuous improvement across all hospital operations.
- Must be a resident of Warri or its environs
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality improvement.
- Ensure hospital operations comply with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and administrative processes.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance for management review.
- Investigate and analyze incidents, errors, or near-misses to identify root causes.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- Provide training for staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Lead quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with departments to implement innovative solutions for quality enhancement.
- Assist in preparations for accreditation and certification processes.
- Ensure readiness for internal and external quality audits.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or other Social Sciences related disciplines
- Additional certifications in Quality Management or Patient Safety are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or healthcare management.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance Standards

Job Location: Ughelli, Delta

Job Summary
- The Logistics Officer will ensure timely transportation, and distribution of goods and services to meet the hospital’s operational needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement systems to track and report on inventory usage and waste.
- Oversee the hospital’s transport and logistics activities, including managing delivery schedules.
- Provide regular updates on the status of logistics operations.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ensure the hospital’s vehicles are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with departments to understand their logistics needs and ensure timely delivery of required items.
- Periodically evaluate suppliers and contractors to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Location: Must reside in Delta.
