1.) Accountant
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilties
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports to management, including:
- Total sales breakdown (cash, card, and transfer payments).
- Daily expenses, deductions, and cash movements.
- Pending customer payments and outstanding balances.
- Pre-order payment updates and balances.
- Payment Confirmation and Verification:
- Confirm and track all payments made through:
- Bank transfers for customer purchases.
- Pre-orders and online transactions.
- Delivery and personal shopper payments.
- Daily sales across in-store and online channels.
- Operational expenses (fueling, logistics, supplies, and maintenance).
- Inventory Management and System Updates:
- Update and maintain accurate inventory data, including:
- New stock arrivals and product categories.
- Sold, damaged, or promotional items.
- Pre-order confirmations and stock adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation, including:
- Daily transactions and cash flow logs.
- Delivery fee payments and logistics balances.
- Purchases made by management for store operations.
- Petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
- Monthly financial summaries and management reports.
- Match expenses with receipts and supporting documentation.
- Maintain VAT and tax records in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll.
- Adjust for deductions, overtime, and other allowances.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
- Behavioural Competencies
- Highly meticulous and accurate in financial documentation.
- Proactive in resolving financial discrepancies.
- Strong time management skills for daily and monthly deliverables.

Skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).

Job Locations: Ikoyi & Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 2 Months (November – December)
About the Role
- They are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to support store operations during the busy festive season. This is a great short-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy retail, gift packaging, and creating delightful shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product selection in-store.
- Wrap gifts and prepare party packs promptly and neatly.
- Stock and restock shelves to ensure attractive product displays.
- Conduct walkthroughs to maintain store cleanliness and product availability.
- Support in store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist sales associates and supervisors with daily operations.
- Participate in promotional activities and in-store events.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

- Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced candidate to oversee daily store operations, lead floor staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and skilled in managing both people and inventory in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign roles to floor staff to ensure seamless, efficient, and professional customer service.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts, adjusting as necessary to accommodate peak hours, events, or workload changes.
- Interact with customers at the service area and payment point to ensure they are comfortable, satisfied, and promptly attended to.
- Implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to drive continuous service improvement.
- Forecast sales trends to guide product ordering, considering peak periods, seasonal variations, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Monitor, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Regularly inspect the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation, ensuring it aligns with brand standards.
