SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Key Accounts Officer


Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • The Key Account Manager is responsible for implementing the company's overall sales strategy.
  • They will be involved in selling products, goods and services to customers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned area.
  • Promote the business success by implementing the cascaded annual business strategy.
  • Execute the route to market strategy.
  • Researching market trends and generating more sales
  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sale.
  • Any other task as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • A First Degree in a Management course or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales experience in route to market and sales management with a proven track record.
  • A post graduate degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.

2.) Utility Team Lead

Job Locations: Ilorin - Kwara and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose of the Job

  • Toensure all machines and equipment are always available for production use through practice of effective maintenance programs that reduce emergency breakdowns to the barest level, and at a minimum cost.

Main Responsilbilities

  • Identify jobs and allocate same to the technician for execution
  • Ensures implementation of basic cycle maintenance, lubrication, cleaning and inspection (CIL) and instill these principles to be part of the culture of operators and technicians.
  • Ensures proper upkeep and prevent loss of the tools and equipment in the engineering department.
  • Supervises junior associates to ensure that they carry out jobs according to instructions
  • To ensure that the necessary safety precautions are observed inexecuting tasks
  • Logs and documents all maintenance activities in the required logbooks
  • Ensures optimal spare parts and maintenance materials inventorymanagement
  • Take lead in change management for the engineering/maintenance department related to people structure or role changes, technology enhancement, regulatory and company initiatives on productivity.
  • Ensures that their key customer – production and management are provided with prompt and reliable service.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 3– 5 years of relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
  • At least 3 years of  experience in a beverage bottling company.
  • Engineering certification will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in plant manufacturing operations, project planning implementation.
  • Experienced in budgeting and people management
  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety
  • Must Possess CMRP CERTIFICATION or similar
  • Previous new equipment or line installation or extension could be an advantage.

3.) IT Site Engineer

Job Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • An IT Site Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure and services at a specific location or site.
  • This role involves a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing local network configurations, ensuring data security, and providing end-user support

Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Support (ITOP):

  • Maintain and support the site's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and end-user computing devices, to ensure high availability and performance.

Service Level Management (SLMO):

  • Monitor IT service performance against agreed service levels and performance metrics. Identify and implement improvements to meet or exceed these standards.

Incident and Problem Management (USUP, PBMG):

  • Provide first-line response for IT incidents and service requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Change Management (CHMG):

  • Implement changes to IT systems and configurations in accordance with organizational change management procedures to minimize risk to service availability.
  • Document changes and maintain accurate records of system configurations and modifications.

Information Security (SCTY):

  • Maintain security measures to protect data and IT assets at the site, in line with organizational security policies and standards.

User Support and Training (HUSP):

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of IT systems and services.

Vendor Management (SUPP):

  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.

Technology Awareness and Evaluation (EMRG):

  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and IT trends that could benefit the site's IT operations.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption to improve IT service delivery and performance.

Collaboration and Communication (RLMT):

  • Work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure IT services align with business needs and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role, with a proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting end-user computing devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices), including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Relevant technical certifications or associate degrees may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for candidates with substantial experience.
  • Professional Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or other relevant IT certifications.
  • Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewall settings.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing IT security measures, such as antivirus software, patch management, and access controls.
  • Proven ability to provide technical support and training to end-users, effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
