1.) Data Entry and ERP Personnel
Job Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Entering, updating, and maintaining information within the ERP system, including Productiondata, inventory, and other relevant records.
- Data Accuracy and Verification:
- Verifying the accuracy of entered data by reviewing, correcting, or reentering data as needed, ensuring compliance with data entry standards.
- Database Management:
- Maintaining and organizing databases, potentially including creating, updating, and deleting records.
- Administrative Support:
- Providing occasional administrative support, which may include tasks like preparing reports, retrieving data, or assisting with other administrative duties.
- ERP System Proficiency:
- Demonstrating proficiency in the specific ERP system used by the company, including its functionality and procedures.
- Data Integrity:
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the ERP system, including identifying and resolving data entry errors.
- Data Backup and Retrieval:
- Performing regular backups of data to ensure its preservation and retrieving data as requested by team members.
- Compliance:
- Adhering to data entry policies and procedures, as well as data security regulations.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software and ERP systems.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills for interacting with team members and potentially customers.

2.) Male HSE Officer (Food Industry)
Job Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Risk Assessment: Identifying and evaluating potential hazards in the workplace and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Safety Training: Developing and delivering safety training programs to employees to ensure they understand safety procedures and regulations.
- Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents and near-miss incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Safety Audits: Conducting regular safety audits to ensure that safety procedures are being followed and to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and Implementing Safety Policies: Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures that are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Promoting a Safety Culture: Working to promote a positive safety culture within the organization, where employees are encouraged to report safety concerns and participate in safety initiative.
Experience
- Practical Experience: Hands-on experience in HSE roles, such as internships, entry-level positions, or volunteer work, can provide valuable practical knowledge and skills.
- Industry-Specific Experience: Exposure to specific industries, such as construction, manufacturing, or energy, Food industries andcan provide relevant knowledge and skills.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in managing HSE projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Incident Investigation Experience: Analyzing and reporting on incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Auditing Experience: Conducting internal and external audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Experience and Skills:
- HSE Fundamentals: A comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental principles, including relevant regulations and standards.
- Risk Assessment: The ability to identify potential hazards, assess associated risks, and develop effective control measures.
- Incident Investigation: Analyzing incidents to determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- HSE Management Systems: Familiarity with implementing, maintaining, and auditing HSE management systems, such as ISO Certifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using various technical tools and software for risk assessment, data analysis, and safety audits.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey safety information effectively, conduct training, and report findings.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify problems, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple safety projects, coordinating activities, and maintaining records.

- Education and Experience: Relevant education (e.g., HND in Electrical Engineering) and 3 years experience in electrical maintenance

- Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical problems.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and maintain accurate records.
