How You’ll Make an Impact
- Coordinate internal and external resources for effective project planning and execution, engaging with customers to clarify objectives and deliver customized technical solutions.
- Monitor project milestones to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, while proactively implementing measures to minimize non-conformance costs and maintain thorough project documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with customers and all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Perform ongoing risk management throughout the project lifecycle to identify and address potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and Business Conduct Guidelines, including tax regulations, export control, and environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols.
- The Fleet Manager role requires a 28-day rotation and will be based at the customer’s location.
What You Bring
- 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience with PMP or Prince2 certification
- Previous experience or knowledge of mechanics and rotating machinery, including gas and steam turbines, as well as centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, is highly advantageous.
- Must be goal-oriented, adept at working within diverse teams, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
2.) Turbomachinery Maintenance Planner

Summary
- We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for a Long-Term Maintenance Service Contract at a designated customer facility.
- The Planner will oversee job, material, and outage planning activities, ensuring efficient coordination of resources, spares, and tools in collaboration with the Fleet Manager and Client Maintenance Team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Plan and coordinate maintenance interventions, including resource identification and outage planning.
- Support the Execution Team in managing spares, tools, and consumables for both planned and unplanned work.
- Process spare requests and manage inventory in accordance with the contractual scope.
- Proficiency in CMMS (SAP) and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Primavera planning tools.
- Ensure compliance with outage planning milestones and support the storage and preservation of critical spares.
- Conduct general inventory management, including identifying critical spare parts and tracking inventory levels.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment (turbines, compressors) and their components.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Understanding of operational reliability and availability concepts.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or HND with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 6 years in job and material planning, with significant experience in supporting RB211, SGT 600, and compressor packages.
- Experience in planning major outages for engines and power turbines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, CMMS, SAP).
- Willingness to work on a 28/28 days rotation and travel to offshore locations as needed, with the necessary safety certifications.
2.) Construction Site EHS Manager

- Be the HSE representative of Siemens on a day-to-day basis vis-à-vis the customer and its representatives, administrations and Companies,
- Achieve Siemens Energy's Zero Harm objectives by implementing a true HSE culture on the construction site to which all stakeholders adhere.
- Master the contractual and documentary aspects relating to safety and the environment within the framework of the legal and contractual context,
- Supervise and participate in the development of the employees under his/her responsibility,
- Manage the HSE aspects of the various On-Site Companies

Deliverables:
- Read and implement all aspects of customer and Siemens Energy EHS documentation.
- Preparation of periodic reports, for the customer and for SIEMENS ENERGY
- HSE Statistics Tracking
- EHS Plan Update
- Updating the Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Waste Management Plan
- Emergency Response Plan Update
- Monitoring of the implementation of the actions and measures defined in the various plans.
- Expertise for updating the Environment, Health and Safety documentation of the project
- Updated Contaminated and Potentially Contaminated Land Management Plans (Aspects and impacts environmental)
- Update of the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Plan
- Updated Traffic Management Plans in the Vicinity of the Work
- Expertise in the definition of additional action plans in the event of deviations from the required
- EHS induction for each visitor and worker
- Daily Animation of ¼ hours safety
- Daily Training of stakeholders via “HSE Toolboxes”
- Daily Safety walks
- Carrying out emergency evacuation exercises Quarterly
- Management of dangerous products (MSDS, FDI, FLU) & storage
- Field audit report – Safety walk
What You Bring
- Electrical accreditation to work near energized electrical equipment
- A minimum of 5 years of construction safety management experience, along with relevant experience.
- Spoken/written language: English
- Having a higher degree in EHS or construction with additional EHS training such as NEBOSH or OSHA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MSP, Office 365, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate a project.
- Understanding of applicable standards, regulations, and laws
- Mediation skills in case of conflicts
- Interpersonal skills and good communication
- Organization
