1.) Chief Risk Officer

Job Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Risk management policies are directly reflected in the organization’s strategic plans
• Recognize the threats to the reputation of the organization, which include blunders in the marketing process
• Documenting risk analysis reports to various stakeholders such as board members, C-suite executives, and employees
• Evaluating the operational risks that might occur due to system failure or human error, which in turn leads to the disruption of business processes. In such a scenario, it’s the responsibility of the CRO to formulate strategies to overcome the risks
• Timely risk assessment process through risk management expert or in-person
• Prepare documentation related to risk assessment
• Create a budget plan for concerned projects
• Take a thorough look at the audit practices of accounting, compliance reports, and safety measure
• Recognize the potential threats to operational efficiency and financial stability of the organization
• Develop risk-related plans and formulate strategies to minimize and mitigate risks and also monitoring the progress of the project.

Requirement

• We are looking to recruit a professional Credit risk officer who has not less than 10 years experience as a chief risk officer in the financial sector.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.

2.) Legal Company Secretary

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings.
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
• Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
• Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
• Review of and modifications to Internal Policies / Manuals.
• Addressing queries relating to notifications from statutory bodies.
• Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
• Liaison with statutory / regulatory bodies.
• To comply with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines related to the sector
• Designing and implementing KYC / AML Policy.
• Supporting and monitoring the implementation of Policy in all offices/branches.
• To put in place appropriate controls for detection and reporting of suspicious activities in accordance with applicable laws/laid down procedures.
• To ensure that the concerned staff are adequately trained in KYC/AML/CFT procedures and related operational guidelines issued from time to time.

Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.

3.) Loan Marketer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Evaluate credit worthiness of customers
• Process loan applications and documentation
• Interview applicants to determine their financial eligibility and feasibility
• Determine all applicable rations and metrics and set up debt payment plans
• Answer clients' questions and provide information
• Justify decisions (approvals/rejections) and report on them
• Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
• Maintain an active knowledge base of all of the organization’s loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
• Documents all customer conversations in loan origination software and timely follow up in CRM
• Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
• Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas
• Build long term, trusting relationships with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction at highest possible level
• Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
• Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts

Salary
N60,000 - N120,000 / month.
