We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Verification Inspector
Job Location: Onne, Rivers
Description
- Performs basics process and product control under supervision, verifying procedures compliance and inspecting final products, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk
- Ensure product quality complying with defined standards and reporting deviations
- Carry out duties in an effective manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards in accordance with minimum costs
- Attend and collaborate in training activities in order to maintain and increase the company knowledge
- Proactively suggest improvements and participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintain a clean and ordered workplace
- Perform activities according to applicable procedures
- Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy
- Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunctioning
- Abide by Tenaris discipline norms
- Perform activities understanding their consequences on the global process.
Main activities
- Ensures instruments are in good condition checking their expiration date and correct functioning
- Performs dimensional and visual inspection of product in process
- Performs dimensional and visual inspection of finished product
- Verifies procedures compliance throughout the process
- Performs quality reports of pipes notifying the defects found
- Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
2.) Coating Analyst
Job Location: Onne, Rivers
Job Type: Full-time
Purpose
- Ensures compliance with production levels in terms of quantity, quality, opportunity, safety and costs fulfilling and controlling production plans, budget and quality standards. Generates a safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervises compliance with production programs providing information on scrap consumption, productivity and necessary investments.
- Ensures tracking and compliance with the area's production and investment budget.
- Minimizes production interruptions and increases available use capacity.
- Guarantees compliance and respect for the consumption targets/goals, carrying out appropriate actions on employees' behavior that contribute to the improvement and/or productive/efficient use of the plant resources, as well as the decrease of energy consumption and waste. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated on the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
- Obtains production process improvements optimizing resources and increasing corporate profitability levels.
- Issues and consolidates timely operative management reports.
- Ensures a safe work environment by controlling and implementing preventive safety and security programs.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Requirements
- A Degree in Engineering or Science
- Minimum of 3 years of experience. Previous experience in coating is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. PowerBi proficiency is an advantage
- The position requires good communication skills, drive for results, ability to work in a team and flexibility.
- Analytical skills.
3.) Industrial Management Control Analyst
Job Location: Onne, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time
Purpose
- Performs the management control, proposing and evaluating the best options for the efficiency improvement, generating metrics and defining standards for the processes and procedures, assisting in the corrective action implementation in case of non-compliance with Tenaris procedures.
Main Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains management control tools to monitor the area/ region performance creating reports and metrics which helps to improve the area objectives and results.
- Generates and monitors standards, analyzing existing processes and procedures.
- Analyses performance optimization of the control areas in different regions, proposing improvements, monitoring execution milestones and identifying key issues.
- Facilitates the knowledge exchange, designing and developing flexible support tools.
- Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
- Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Requirements
- A degree in Engineering.
- 2 years of post-graduate experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills, industrially minded.
