1.) Facility Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with budget management and cost-control principles.
• Strong understanding of facility principles and relevant technologies.
• Relevant Certification.
• Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Commitment to good work ethics and discipline.
• Effective planning and organising skills and the ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

2.) Music Teacher - Saxophonist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a music-related field or equivalent teaching experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience
• Proficiency in playing and teaching other musical instruments.
• Strong musical proficiency and knowledge across various genres
• Relevant Certification.
• High level of commitment to creativity and innovation.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Commitment to good work ethics and discipline.
• Effective planning and organising skills and the ability to pay attention to details
• Functional IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office tools.
