1.) Affiliate Manager

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing team.
- As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing our affiliate programmes.
- Your role will involve implementing and executing strategies to grow our affiliate network, developing relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Platform Growth:
- Work with other team members to develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate network.
- Lead online and offline promotional campaigns.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, give them necessary support for successful product promotion.
Relationship Building:
- Foster long-term, value-driven relationships with affiliates to ensure their continued engagement. This includes managing the affiliates community.
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing their queries and providing support.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, analysis, and report on affiliate performance, including traffic, sales, and commissions.
- Use data insights to improve campaign performance and affiliate engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of the organization`s goal.
- Collaborate with the tech team to improve the platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the affiliate marketing industry.
- Proficient in analysing program performance and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Skilled in providing training and support to optimize affiliate performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise reports to management.
- Digital marketing expertise is a plus.

2.) Legal Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- The legal officer will support the legal and secretariat functions at lESL by ensuring effective board communications, organizing board meetings, providing contract administration, and advising on corporate governance.
- Their role includes preventing statutory and contractual liabilities, promoting best practices, and reducing legal and compliance costs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise the review and administration of contracts including but not limited to MOA, commercial agreements, leases and all other commercial legal instruments.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years post-call-to-bar experience with bias for company laws, corporate secretariat and governance practice.
- Memberships of Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is highly preferred.
- Ensure the conduct of regular internal legal audit / internal due diligence with respect to company’s contracts.
- Very strong corporate backgrounds preferably from reputable or high standard organization s (not necessarily from a big corporation)
- Strong academic background and capable of applying jurisprudence and tactfulness in real situations
- High confidence and mannerliness to deal with top ranking officials including executive and non- executive directors
- Ability to maintain high confidentiality in processing of board decisions, deliberations and information.
- Ability to work as part of a team and with both internal and external stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds
- Sufficient knowledge of the oil & gas business regulatory framework and environment would be an added advantage. Relevant experience of energy industry and engineering laws.
- Ability to act as Company’s spoke-person and governance advocate and ambassador.
Requirement
- LLB, BL
- MBA or MSC in Corporate Governance is an advantage
- Memberships of (Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is highly preferred.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.

3.) Operations Executive (Programmatic Platforms)

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Level Operations Executive to join our client's expanding advertising agency.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend operations, with expertise in both programmatic platforms and traditional media.
- In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of programmatic advertising platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate campaign data and identify trends.
- Oversee logistics and execution of traditional media campaigns, including TV, radio, and print.
- Coordinate with media partners to ensure timely delivery and placement of ads.
- Track campaign performance and key metrics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising operations, with a strong focus on programmatic platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising concepts, technologies, and platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, DoubleClick, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in traditional media planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
