1.) Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role


  • We are seeking a highly creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising channels.
  • Manage the company’s online presence and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, blog posts).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audiences, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize company website content and structure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and manage social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are an added advantage.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

3.) Human Resources Manager

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • The Human Resources Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring the effective management of the company’s human capital.
  • The role involves strategic planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and placement processes for all roles.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and succession planning framework.

Performance Management:

  • Design and oversee the company’s performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Support departmental heads in setting measurable KPIs and evaluating performance outcomes.
  • Recommend performance improvement or reward strategies based on evaluation results.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote a positive and compliant work environment in line with company values and labor laws.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure fairness and documentation in all employee actions.

Learning & Development:

  • Identify training and development needs across departments.
  • Organize and evaluate training programs to enhance employee capability and productivity.

Policy & Compliance:

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee welfare regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and other welfare programs.
  • Advise management on compensation benchmarking and reviews.

HR Strategy & Reporting:

  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
  • Provide HR analytics, reports, and insights to guide management decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8- 15 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
