We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Onboarding Acceleration Specialist

Job Location: Lagos


What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and efficient client transition.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey, helping them with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks or delays in the onboarding process, such as missing or inconsistent client information.
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress against established timelines and key performance indicators.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the onboarding function.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, project management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

2.) Office Administator

Job Location: Lagos

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment, ensuring all common areas are presentable and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for staff, including booking venues, flights, and accommodation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and easy retrieval of all company documents.
  • Assist with preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in collaboration with the finance department.

What You Need

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team, with a focus on generating winning new business within the Nigerian market. Your primary focus will be executing outbound strategies to capture market share from established competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
  • You’ll play a key role in driving client acquisition and fostering relationships, directly impacting revenue growth and the adoption of Verto’s innovative solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leverage your FX expertise to understand client needs, build value, and promote Verto's solutions to new clients.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, in-person engagement, and more, to build a strong pipeline of targeted prospects.
  • Drive the sales pipeline across all stages: prospecting, outreach, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and utilise a network of potential clients; an existing client book is highly advantageous.
  • Take a consultative approach, engaging with multiple decision-makers to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Consistently exceed monthly sales quotas, earning competitive rewards for outstanding performance.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to upsell and cross-sell Verto’s product suite.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the payments and FX space.
  • Proven success working with clients across EMEA and LATAM.
  • Strong executive presence, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A self-motivated, curious, and resilient mindset, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management.
  • A team player mentality and the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
