We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Internal Control / Audit Officer

Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


  • As our Internal Control/Audit Officer, you will conduct audits, risk assessments, and internal controls reviews across our operations.
  • Your goal will be to identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Internal audits across our operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, events, administrative and finance.
  • Assess and evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and tools specific to the hospitality sector
  • Collaborate with the management to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and hospitality and events industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, ICA)
  • 7+ years of internal audit and control experience in the hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of internal audit principles, risk management, and internal controls in a hospitality setting
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2.) Line Chef (Dining)

Job Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Line Chef with fine dining expertise to prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
  • You will work closely with our Head Chef to maintain our reputation for exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to receipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
  • Implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Manage inventory, minimize waste, and optimize kitchen resources
  • Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

  • Culinary Degree or equivalent certification
  • 3+ years of fine dining experience as a Line Chef or equivalent
  • Knowledge of international cuisines (e.g English, French, Italian, Asian, Mexican)
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Excellent presentation and plating skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity and ability to adhere to kitchen safety protocols.

3.) Pastry Chef (Fine Dining)

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team, bringing creativity, precision, and passion to our desserts and pastries.
  • As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exquisite desserts, pastries, and breads that exceed our guests' expectations.
  • You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop innovative recipes, manage our pastry section, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and create visually stunning and uniquedesserts, pastries, and breads
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
  • Plan production to faciliate daily requirements
  • Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation
  • Manage pastry inventory, minimize waste, and optimize resources
  • Train and mentor junior pastry staff members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry kitchenenvironment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts
  • A minimum of 5 years of fine dining experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef
  • Knowledge of international pastry traditions (e.g. English, French, Italian, Asian, Mexican)
  • Strong abilities and knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong communicator and team player.
