Description

• Our client is looking to hire a Sales/Customer Service Rep who will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering positive customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Ensuring all customer orders are shipped on time according to company policies and procedures.
• Generating leads and exceeding sale stargets.
• Knowing the products inside and out sothat you can answer questions
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Reviewing customer requests for order changes or cancellations
• Provide feedback from consumers on medical issues and resolutions

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of proven experience in sales/customer service
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales target and generating leads
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• A team player with a customer-oriented approac

Must have skills:

• Strong telephone etiquette
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding communication and interpers
