Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's or Bachelor of Law (BL)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Land and Property Management Lawyer.
• Possess all necessary legal qualifications and certifications.
• Expertise in land and property management, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in speaking the Yoruba language is mandatory.
• Must be 45-50 years old or above.
• Strong knowledge of property law, contracts, and dispute resolution.
