1.) Project Manager

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team.
• The role holder will ensure that all projects are implemented efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer, and profitability of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and oversee telecoms projects to ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and manage change effectively.
• Measure performance and prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven working experience as a project administrator, manager, or team-member preferably on telecommunications, information technology or construction projects.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in infrastructure rollout, construction or related endeavours. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with special penchant for project management, word-processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management. • Good working interpretation knowledge of engineering and engineering drawings.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.

2.) Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Senior Electrical Engineer will oversee project teams, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, managing project timelines and budgets.
• The role holder will also act as a technical advisor and represent the client in professional settings, including client meetings, industry conferences, and regulatory engagements.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the design of complex power systems (e.g., renewable energy systems, grid integration, and power distribution networks)
• Review and validate engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications for grid-connected and off-grid systems.
• Ensure electrical designs comply with engineering regulatory standards
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress to timely delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, offering guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Review team outputs, promote knowledge sharing, and enforce engineering best practices.

• COREN certification is mandatory.
• Experience with renewable energy is highly recommended.
• Strong knowledge of power system design, load analysis, and energy efficiency optimization.

4.) Human Resource Officer

Job Summary

• The HR Officer is a detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to support organizational growth through effective HR operations and strategic initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will oversee key human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, as well as managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Tracking probation reviews, performance appraisals, and training needs, and supporting the implementation of KPI tracking and performance improvement plans.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR audit requirements, and maintaining HR reports and staff turnover data.
• Managing pensions and benefits administration, and delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team, attendance tracking.
