Job Position: Accountant

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• The incumbent would be responsible for ensuring accuracy of financial documents as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring taxes are paid properly and on time.
• Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessment.
• Compiling financial statements.
• Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
• Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Prepare required journal entries after each inflow for the purpose of recording deductions from Invoice in line with payment received.

Job Position: Project Architect

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop design ideas in relation to client brief by developing original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and layout.
• Develop and review building plans as well as site planning and managing compliance.
• Manage and oversee budget per project, staff and external workers such as engineers, Quantity Surveyors etc.
• Drafting of interior and exterior high-end architectural construction documents and detailing for selection and finishes.
• Responsible for managing On-site problem and making viable recommendation.
• Analyze space utilization effectiveness and changing demands for space needs: recommend actions to meet new requirements.

Job Position: Quality Assurance Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Carry out and monitor testing and inspection of furniture and materials to ensure the finished product meets quality standards before dispatch to client locations.
• Determine, negotiate and agree on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
• Approve finished products by confirming adherence to specifications, conducting visual / measurement tests, returning products for re-work and confirming re-work.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards / procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Assure all Structural and Architectural construction are completed in accordance with the contract Plans and Specifications.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs including documentation of re-work and waste.
