Job Position: Marketer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Sales of the company's properties and meeting sales targets (core responsibility)
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, and partner organizations
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Point of entry (Marketer) depends on qualifications and relevant experience
• Highly competitive salary + commission on sales
• Remuneration is competitive and inclusive of attractive commissions for every house sold

Qualifications and Experiences

• Must have at least 3 years experience in sales
• Must have a first degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Previous experience, particularly in Sales and marketing of Real Estate Houses, is critical
• Digital marketing experience, though not compulsory, will be an added advantage

Salary
N60,000 monthly.

Job Position: Digital Content Creator
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media.
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products.
• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts.
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (eg comments and shares).
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Measure web traffic to content (eg conversion AND bounce rates).
• Update our websites as needed.

Salary
N150,000 / month

Job Position: General Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Requirements

• B.Sc and Master's Degree holder with 7 years experience.
• Must be between 23-30 years of age
• Candidate must have experience in outdoor and corporate marketing.

Salary

• N150,000 - N300,000 monthly.
