Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The services required is to provide safe, reliable and on-time delivery of Fuel Management Services, including coordination and administrative support and quality control at company’s locations to enable reduced non-conformity instances to ordered supplies, quality check at source and administrative support to the fuel management team in delivering onshore related items and coordinated support to operations. Fuel management services comprise of Fuel Operations Supervision, Handling, Pump Maintenance, Tank Leak Detection, Calibration and Pressure Testing services with applicable regulatory permits. Other responsibilities include:
• Conduct Leak detection, calibration, and pressure test on all storage tanks in line with NMDPRA Regulations to secure Petroleum license for all storage locations as and when required.
• Provide company with original signed copies of leak test and ultrasonic test certificates for all tested tanks endorsed by NMDPRA.
• Provide all the required HSE materials and accessories (laptop, harness, pneumatic cable, censor, hose, christmas tree, conde measurement tape) for the effective execution of subject contract.
• Submission of reports for all activities carried out.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
Experience
- Five (5) years Minimum relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Business.
- Professional certifications e.g. NEBOSH, HSE level 1, & 2 etc. will be an added advantage
- Effective communication in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of fuel management services within the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in articulating or using the principles and concepts of stock level management.
- Experience in inventory management and audits
- Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Good journey management skills
- Good customer management skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective managing and prioritizing multiple task.
- Demonstrate high level of resilience.
- Compliance with Ethics and Compliance requirements
- Good interface abilities – requirements to ensure working cordial relationship with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment, and work under pressure.
- Excellent analytical skills and appreciates a technical challenge.
