Job Position: Loan Recovery / Collection Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• This role entails monitoring and following up on outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers' loan requests, complaints, and inquiries.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines.
• Persuade customers to payoff their loans.
• Update customers' account status and database regularly

Requirements and Skills

• OND / HND / B.Sc
• Good communication skills and positive drive
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Great time-management skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and databases

Benefits
N50,000 Monthly
