Job Position: Loan Recovery Officer
Job Locations: Ikeja, Ilupeju - Lagos and Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Attend to customers' loan request
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan payments via calls
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Keep updated records
• Answer questions and address complaints from Customers
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Must be between 22 and 28 years.
