Job Summary

• The Logistics Officer will support daily distribution and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods, proper documentation, and efficient coordination between warehouses, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery schedules.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and vendors.
• Prepare delivery notes and maintain logistics records.
• Monitor vehicle usage and assist in managing transport costs.
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory tracking.
• Prepare periodic logistics reports.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 – 2 years of work experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of distribution and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel required).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt or Onitsha.
