Job Position: Logistics Officer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)

About the Job

• Our Logistics Officers are responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistics processes, shipping and order fulfilment. 
• They ensure all aspects of the logistics operations are working together to fulfil orders and deliver products to customers on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Outsourcing and onboarding logistics partners on the Vasiti Logistics Network platform.
• Planning deliveries with 3PLs, liaising with customers and responding to enquiries.
• Proper coordinating and tracking of all deliveries.
• Ensure all bookings and transactions done in the unit of interest are properly documented.
• Ensure all company policies adhere to by all vendors.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in relevant fields.
• Negotiation skills.
• Ability to track shipment progress.
• Must be conversant with areas in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Must possess customer service skills.
