We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Ticketing and Reservations Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and issue tickets for air, rail, hotel, and car rental reservations using the designated GDS (Amadeus) and other airline and hotel booking platforms.
• Interpret and apply complex client travel policies, fare rules, and supplier contracts.
• IATA Certification required
• Handle a high volume of email and phone requests from travel desk officer and directly from individual travellers.
• Manage schedule changes, flight cancellations, re-issues, and refunds promptly and accurately.
• Proactively monitor PNRs (Passenger Name Records) for potential disruptions and provide alternative solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, visa requirements, and airport security procedures.
• Ensure the highest standard of data accuracy in all passenger records and documentation.
• Assist customers plan all aspects of their corporate/leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost
• Collaborate with account managers to resolve any service or fulfilment issues.
• Achieve individual and team targets for accuracy, productivity, and quality service.
• Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
• Good client Relationship management skills – Proper client follow up with high client satisfaction scores.
