Job Summary

• We're looking for an experienced Logistics and Operations Manager to oversee our rental operations, ensuring seamless delivery and collection of assets to clients. If you're a problem-solver with a knack for process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan,scheduleand oversee the deployment and collection of generators and related equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, drivers, and warehouse teams for smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels, track asset movement, and optimize utilization
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead a team of logistics coordinators and drivers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field with 5+ years of experience in logistics and operations management
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with logistics software and data analysis tools

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
