Job Summary

  • The Management Trainee (Finance) at CIG Motors Limited will undergo a structured training program designed to develop financial expertise and leadership skills. 
  • The Trainee will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and compliance while supporting the finance department's operations. 
  • This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in finance within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Learn and apply financial principles, including accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Participate in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand financial operations.
  • Support the implementation of financial technology and processes improvements.
  • Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Contribute to special projects and financial research as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software like Sage 300.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • High level of integrity and willingness to learn.
  • Financial analysis and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
