We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Manager

Job Locations: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the confectionery store to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and customer service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience as a retail manager, preferably in food or confectionery.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
