Job Position: Marketing and Call Centre Staff

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• The role involves market research, sales, marketing strategy, customer service, and effective communication with guests. The role is based in Lekki.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor's Degrees.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in market research, sales, and marketing strategy
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with guests
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial.
