Job Position: Marketing Communications Manager

Job Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for highly skilled people with knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
• The candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing communication program focused on creating brand awareness in target audience and trade channels with the objective of building the brands, products management, generating demand, driving sales online and offline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the knowledge centre, coordinator and evangelist for Recare brands across all consumer / trade channels.
• Increasing the demand / visibility at consumer channels level (Campuses, Institutions, Neighbourhoods, Events places, Market areas, etc.) to compliment brands & products management at trade channels (Distributors, Wholesaler & Retailer (Modern Trade) level.
• Marketing Communication Management: working with team leaders (Trade Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Executive) on Instagram, FB & E-Commerce, Visual Content, Graphics Content and PR & Blog to focus on consumer channels.
• Identify non-performing products and consumer channels, define and implement communication strategies to improve upon them.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have a Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing Communication in the FMCG sector.
• He/She must be proficient in the use of MS office software & Social Media platforms.
• Must be a Marketing Communication Manager or equivalent position.
