We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties
Sales & Marketing Activities:

• Identify and prospect potential clients for the company’s financial products and services
• Promote funding intermediation, SME financing, consumer financing, investment, and advisory services.
• Carry out market outreach through field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
• Convert leads into customers and support client onboarding processes.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and benefits to clients.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure a positive client experience throughout the engagement process.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Submit regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and conversions achieve- Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Support management with market insights and customer feedback.

Compliance & Professional Conduct:

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Uphold professionalism and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in marketing, sales, or client acquisition considered an advantage.
• Applicants must have strong communication and persuasion skills, a good understanding of customer engagement, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets.
• Candidates must reside in Lagos State and be willing to engage in field marketing activities.

Salary
N85,000 - N100,000 monthly.
