Job Summary

• As part of SubMed Nigeria’s expansion and restructuring, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager who will primarily be responsible for new business development, sustaining business relationships and overseeing Zonal Marketing executives.

Job Description
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Identify new markets and pitch to prospective customers
• Schedule clinical meetings for presentations with Key Opinion Leaders
• Participate in sales campaigns to drive revenue
• Manage Zonal Marketing Executives to meet their targets
• Ensures monthly sales targets are met
• Pitch Company products and services to potential customers
• Develop, maintain, and apply a high-level knowledge of the Company’s portfolio of products.
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Manage existing business relationships
• Monitor Market Trends
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process from inception to delivery
• Other jobs as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or any relevant Degree
• 4-6 years’ cognate experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is a must
• Communication skills
• In-depth understanding of medical products
• Ability to motivate team members.
