Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Market Specialist at Rizoka located in Abuja. As a Market Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include market analysis, updating current exchange rates to our clients, utilizing analytical skills to assess market trends, conducting market research, effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong market analysis and market research skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service experience
• National Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is beneficial.
• Knowledge in Real Estate, Cryptocurrency, loans and Investment is a plus
