Job Position: Procurement Intern
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Regularly assess suppliers’ performance based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and inventory teams to understand material requirements.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials
• Complete procurement documentation in the shortest time frame authorized.
• Ensure there are no backlogs of untreated documentation.
• Build quality vendor relationships to facilitate credit facilities when needed.
• Continually build healthy vendor bases and research for new vendors with the right capacity and best practices.
