Matrix Design and Works is a top furniture manufacturing company in Nigeria for kitchen, wardrobes and office.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Store Intern
Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect ‘all’ incoming goods to ensure that they meet the required standards and specifications. (Quality control)
• Raise MRN (Materials Received Notes)
• Update Bin card and soft records immediately.
• Ensure that all materials are issued out from the “Bill of materials ” using the “Request form”.
• Monitor all materials stock levels and raise “Request for materials”, at least 4 weeks before every materials stock falls below the “Re-order Level”.
• Ensure that all stock items are properly labeled, categorized, and stored in a manner that makes them easy to locate and retrieve, and save from damage.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory, and prepare “daily” and “weekly” reports to track stock movement and identify trends or potential issues.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree.
