Obtain the Waacsp-Ecowas customer service certifications this summer and grow your CS career

The West Africa Association of customer service professionals [waacsp] body of service professionals in the Ecowas region. Africa’s biggest and largest customer service body  have released the 1st diet training and certification calendar for new entrants and practicing service persons across West Africa and beyond. 

The Waacsp-Ecowas CS certifications, globally recognized as Africa’s leading customer service and experience certificate, includes theory and practical evaluation leading to award of the Basic certification in customer service (BCCS) certificate for new entrants into the service industry and the Advanced Certification in Customer Experience & Relationship Management (ACCERM)  for already practicing professionals.
The ACCERM, enables holders to grow their career in CS upto managerial level.

Details: 

- Program: Basic Certification in Customer Service [BCCS] 

*For whom: 
New entrants who desire a career in customer service and persons already in the customer service industry but without a formal/recognized professional certification. 

*Date: June 16- 30, 2022

*Mode: Online via partner country affiliate’s LMS and Zoom class 

*Fee: $50 

- Program:
Advanced Certificate in Customer Experience & Relationship Management (ACCERM)  

*For whom:
Practicing customer service officers, call centre agents, consultants, supervisors etc with minimum of three (3) years in the industry who aspire to grow into supervisory, managerial, quality assurance, head of CS unit and other mid/senior level roles in the service industry. 

*Date: Five (5) weekends starting July 29.

*Mode: online via LMS & Zoom classroom. 

*Program fee: $150 for non members of waacsp 
$100 for members.
