Job Position: Offshore Operations Planner (Oil & Gas)
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos (Offshore Installation)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Offshore Planner to join our client dynamic team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed schedules for offshore operations, ensuring resource optimization, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate work schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and minimizing downtime
• Create and monitor project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed installation plans for offshore projects, ensuring timely execution of all phases
• Coordinate logistics, materials, equipment, and personnel for offshore installation activities.
• Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained for offshore activities.
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the offshore oil and gas sector, with a demonstrated track record of successful project execution.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
