Mecho Autotech is a tech-enabled automobile technicians’ aggregator, designed to provide end to end automobile maintenance services to business and individuals. Using technology, we seek to provide a seamless maintenance and repair solutions for vehicle owners across Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Auto-Parts Inventory Officer

Job Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve;

• Taking regular Inventory of Parts and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure that all parts purchased corresponds with the invoice quantity upon receipts from vendors.
• Ensure that proper documentation is maintained and display parts in an Organised manner.
• Ensure that all parts ordered from vendors are delivered timely.
• Ensure that all invoices from vendors are processed for payment.
• Ensure availability of Auto- Parts as at when required.
• Prepare weekly inventory stock reports for the head of Auto- Parts unit.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND
• 3 - 5 years proven experience as an Auto-Parts Inventory officer.
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel and Word.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and Logistics skills.
• Automotive Experience.
• Excellent Time management and communication skills.
• Experience in startups is a strong plus.

Job Position: Auto-Parts Distribution Officer

Job Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities
A typical day on the job will involve;

• Co-ordinating all logistics companies that partner with the company for deliveries to ensure distribution is done timely.
• Take charge of distribution of Parts to all locations.
• Ensure that all parts that are rejected by technicians are returned to the vendor within 48hours and ensure new replacement is being made.
• Work with all workshops, both internally and third-party workshops to ensure requests are attended to promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation of all the parts that are being supplied to workshops.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND / HND
• 2-3 years Proven Experience as an Auto-Parts Distribution officer.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and Logistics skills.
• Preferably a Male.
• Automotive Experience.
• Excellent Time management and communication skills.
• Experience in startups is a strong plus.

Job Position: Account Manager
Job Location: Alagomeji, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generating sales among client accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling of company’s services.
• Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
• Ensure clients receive timely updates and ensure satisfactory service fulfillment.
• Responsible for Customer adoption of technology platform.
• Keep records of client transactions and manage collections of payments.
• Coordinate with staff members required for service fulfillment to ensure consistent satisfactory service.
• Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients.
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs and objectives.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2 - 4 years Proven experience as an Account Manager.
• Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/relationships.
• Account Management or revenue generating Experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in startups is a strong plus.
