1.) Brand Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Managing & developing brand performance (equity, market share, etc),
- Leading & controlling marketing activity (ATL, BTL),
- Brand Strategy, Brand Content creation and Campaign process management.
- Be the voice for the company across social channels to increase brand exposure.
- Managing & responsible for marketing budget.
- Leading all initiatives related to sales and marketing (Articulate products offering, key benefits, and messages for use by sales and marketing).
- Managing the pricing strategy.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies and day to day brand management operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven four years working experience as Brand Manager in the food and beverage industry.
- Have experience in creating television commercials, media placement, market, and consumer research.
- Have a logical mindset and creativity.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
- Excellent project management and business operations skills.
- Willing to travel around, especially in general trade (wet market, open market, neighborhood area, etc.).
- Have a success story in career.
- Strong skill in Microsoft office applications.

2.) Financial Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the company’s financial health and performance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and assumptions.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, investigating and explaining variances.
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to understand business drivers and challenges.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the FP&A function.
- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Develop financial models and dashboards to facilitate decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Assist in evaluating potential investments, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities.
- Provide financial guidance and support to help achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Implement best practices in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 4 years in a senior or managerial position
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, tax laws, and financial software and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Professional certification, such as ICAN or ACCA, is preferred
- Excellent use of various financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

3.) Stock Auditor
Job Locations: Abuja and Lagos
Job type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Conduct stock audits in Lagos and Abuja branches.
- Verify stock transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with managers to improve inventory processes.
- Generate audit reports and assist in procedure development.
- Perform physical stock counts and monitor trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or any other relevant field
- 2-3 years of stock auditing experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to travel between branches.
