Job Summary

• As the Restaurant Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant.
• You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the restaurant's financial and customer service goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
• Create work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Address staff performance issues promptly and constructively.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Ensure that customers receive top-notch service.
• Address customer complaints and concerns professionally.
• Monitor feedback and make improvements based on customer suggestions.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial Management:

• Monitor daily revenue and expenses.
• Prepare and analyse daily and weekly financial reports.
• Develop and manage the restaurant's budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a strong online and offline presence.
• Engage with customers on social media platforms.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Implement quality control measures and resolve issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team.
• Set performance goals and motivate staff to achieve them.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• OND/HND in any relevant subject
• Relevant Experience in Customer Service, Restaurant operations
• 2 to 5 years cognate experience
• Proven experience as an Restaurant Operations Manager or similar role in a restaurant or like industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must currently reside in Ojoo and its environs in Ibadan, Oyo State

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
