We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Assistant
Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• We are in need of smart and goal oriented Operations Assistants to work from our Abuja Office.

Job Description

• Work closely with the team to oversee daily business operations
• Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
• Compile sales reports and distribute them to relevant departments
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
• Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
• Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
• Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
• Any other role as may be assigned to you.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant field with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
