Job Summary


  • As the Operations Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tech-enabled survey administration business.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of our projects, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:

  • Oversee the entire operational lifecycle of survey projects, from design and development to execution and analysis.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of survey operations professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified survey team members to build a high-performing operations team.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize workflows and drive cost-effectiveness.

Risk Management:

  • Assess and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement contingency plans to address potential challenges and setbacks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in an operations, consulting, or business development role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and projects.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with survey administration tools and methodologies is required.
  • Strong proficiency in survey dash-boarding and first-line analysis tools, including Excel and PowerBI.
