We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Personal Assistant


Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days physically and 3 days remotely)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation running of the clients schedule and run errands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of expense reports and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other staff members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
