Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Founder

Job Summary

  • Our client  is looking to hire an organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Founder in managing their professional responsibilities.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring efficiency, prioritization, and seamless coordination across all areas of the Founder’s affairs.

Responsibilities


  • Manage the Founder's calendar, including scheduling meetings, sending reminders and taking notes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external parties.
  • Draft, review, and manage communication on behalf of the Founder including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare materials for presentations, projects and meetings which include but are not limited to gathering information through research, drafting, editing and organising content/write-ups, creating visual aids and technical setup.
  • Organise and coordinate events, both professional and personal eg conferences and social gatherings including the logistical aspects, from venue selection to guest management.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all matters related to the Founder, and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the job role to ensure the smooth operation of the Founder’s affairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communication and Public Relations, English or related field.
  • Proficiency in Productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office etc).

Must have skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Founder.
