Job Title: POS Field Support Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Configuration of POS terminals upon request
• Troubleshooting of POS terminals
• Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation
• Providing excellent customer service to merchants.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
• Experience: 1-3 years as a POS Support Representative.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be highly organized.
• Proximity to the candidate's area of coverage is important. The preferred candidate should residein/close to the Lekki area (Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah, Obalende, Lekki, Jakande, Osapa London, Agungi, Chevron Drive).

Salary and Benefits

• Net Salary: N108,000 monthly.

• Regular Pension Remittance.
