Job Summary

• As a Product Manager at SunFi, you'll be at the forefront of driving our product vision, bridging the gap between technology, users, and business processes. 
• Your role involves crafting and executing a technology roadmap, from strategy to implementation, while ensuring alignment with our product KPIs. 
• You'll deeply understand user needs through research, advocate for them throughout the product cycle, and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to deliver quality products. 
• Serving as a subject-matter expert for customer-facing products, you'll prioritize features, train teams, and use data to inform product decisions.
• With your expertise, we'll deliver scalable solutions that meet both current needs and future growth scenarios, ensuring our products remain competitive in local and global markets. 
• The employee will report to the Senior Product Manager and be required to effectively communicate with and engage colleagues, leadership, and junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
• Write clear functional specifications and requirements for new development efforts.
• Accountable for SunFi Product KPIs metrics and success measurement.
• Deeply understand user needs through research and advocate for them throughout the product cycle.
• Prioritize features and maintain a well-groomed backlog to meet business goals and user needs.
• Utilize data to inform product decisions and measure success against defined metrics.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build and launch scalable products.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for customer-facing products, regularly gathering customer feedback.
• Train sales and support teams on new features and products.
• Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable architectures considering future growth.
• Provide product review and guidance on features and delivery timeframes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fintech or SaaS product development, shipping multiple products concurrently.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality in writing, launch plans, and feature testing.
• Proficient in project management, identifying and resolving blockers, and communicating progress effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, and fluency with data tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote work.
• Familiarity with Product Management tools such as Jira, Monday, and Miro.
• Consensus-building and relationship development across the organization.
• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Ability to propose and build lean MVPs and plan product milestones effectively.
• Humble, open to learning, and supporting team success.
