We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Product Marketing Executive

Job Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Develop and Execute Go Live Plans for new product and features
  • Monitor our social media pages and address unique customers queries
  • Gather customer feedback and channel them through to Product team
  • Promote/Advertise our products and services across different media channels
  • Understanding Customer Lifecycle to personalize content delivery
  • Regularly provide guides and tips to help our customers navigate our platform.
  • Liaise and Plan interviews and press conferences to promote the product brand
  • Craft and send regular newsletters and product updates across our communication channels (Emails, WhatsApp, SMS e.t.c)
  • Regularly provide community messaging to help customer morale, keep them up to date.
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by his/her Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification with 1 - 5 years of work experience.
  • Proven track record of communication & analytical skills;
  • Strong Content writing skills
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative & positive) feedback;
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
  • Proficient in English
  • Good computer skills. Must have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Must be self-driven and be able to take initiative
  • Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills Empathize with Customers to understand customer needs and relate these needs with product capabilities
  • Experience as a community manager would be an added advantage.
