# Production Planning and Management

1. Develop and implement production plans to achieve company targets.

2. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., plantation, harvesting, and processing) to ensure smooth production operations.

3. Monitor and control production costs, yields, and quality.

# Mill Operations Management

1. Oversee the operation and maintenance of the palm oil mill.

2. Ensure efficient processing of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO).

3. Implement quality control measures to ensure CPO meets industry standards.

# Supply Chain Management

1. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and equipment.

2. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

# Quality Control and Assurance

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure CPO meets industry standards.

2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.

3. Investigate and address any quality-related issues.

# Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

1. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards.

2. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.

3. Conduct regular HSE audits and training programs.

# Team Management

1. Lead and manage a team of production staff, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers.

2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

3. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to staff.

# Reporting and Budgeting

1. Prepare and submit regular production reports to management.

2. Develop and manage budgets for production operations.

3. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
