Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage daily production operations.
• The role ensures efficient manufacturing processes, quality standards, and timely delivery while optimizing resources and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production activities
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Manage manpower, machines, and materials efficiently
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Prepare production reports and track KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social sciencesor a related field with 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of production planning and process control
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
