We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Programme Optimizer

Job Location: Bauchi
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Assists the state team in implementing the GANC Model with high standards.
• Oversees implementation of GANC Model activities in all facilities with utmost fidelity and ensures the Model is done according to standard.
• Conducts mentoring/On-The-Job training in supported facilities across ANC and labour wards.
• Ensures the quality of MNH services provided in assigned facilities is optimum.
• Ensures needed equipment/materials are available in supported facilities.
• Provides general support and serves as a link between facilities and the Program team.
• Performs any other duties as requested by the Program team.
• Timely collates and writes reports

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
• 2 years of working experience related to MNCH particularly intrapartum and ANC
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Planning, coordination and organizational skills
• Proficiency in word processing, Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel within the state
• Understanding of Hausa language would be an added advantage.
